Branching promotions seems like it could be a lot of fun.
I had to restart my play though there is a level later that the difficulty jumps way to much I had like 3 people at promotion 3 but all on the map it looked like was lvl 3 and far far to many archers who do high damage and high hit might want to look into getting some one with high def as I was going high dodge didnt work out that well for my front line.
true speed is speed – (weight – str), if the weight of an item would be reduced to 0 or below zero after weight calculation speed isn't effected at all. so if your character has 12 strength and using a weapon with 14 weight, and have a speed of 5, the calculation is 5 – (14-12) which plays out to 5-2= 3 true speed. that is why applying the hot bean water raised irving's true speed, because there was more speed added to the calculation.
