Not gonna lie, the ending to this chapter made me legitimately laugh out loud the first time I played it with how hilariously abrupt it is.
I feel like this is one of those things that would benefit from a scripted cutscene where Sterling gets hit by a crit and reduced to 0, then Irving comes in and crits the enemy for a small, but measurable damage amount. The enemy then scoffs and retreats, as big bad evil guys do when they bleed.
tbh i feel the scene really suffers from uh, how abrupt it is. it very much feels like a comedic smash cut, with how its like, "we can fight together, just this once…" and "Lets do this!" and then immediatly its a scream and then a cut to sterling dead. it also doesnt help that the audience has not necessarily had the time to like, connect with sterling a lot? idk, that's my best guess why the scene was a bit underwhelming
