This is the first chapter where you get access to the base before combat. I used the two Tier 1 tokens I got from the previous chapters in order to upgrade the Balance weapon on Alden twice. I also sold the +5 HP stat booster I got for 4k gold, and then bought the +2 Def stat booster which I then used on Alden. As you can tell I’m investing pretty hard into Alden to get him into juggernaut territory ASAP, and he’s already showing shades of it in this chapter.
